If possible, you want to wait for the charm to complete, as you will be able to deal far more damage that way. Watch them squirm and panic as they try to guess where you are and then pounce on them with your Whiplash ability. Walk up completely stealth and mark a target from a far. Eve is able to remain stealth when casting Allure. If Eve damages the target after the mark completes, the target will be charmed toward Eve and lose some MR for a brief time. If Eve damages the target before the mark completes, she will slow the target and regain some mana. After a few moments, the mark will complete, forming a heart around them. W - Allure (Max third) Riot Games Riot’s Tooltip: What it does:Įve marks a target. In a teammfight, you want to drop your initial debuff on an enemy target you want to kill (mid laner, ADC, etc.) and then spam your Q until everything around you dies. When farming with Hate Spike, you want to actually move in a circle around your target to ensure that each residual spike it hitting the entire camp as they move. Like playing old Evelynn, this ability basically just means that you will be spamming Q non-stop. Use Hate Spike’s initial cast to strike from a far and then rush up and spam your residual Hate Spikes at them and all their allies. Hate Spike is a target skillshot that can be recast to do aoe damage. That is a lot of text for a relatively simple ability. This ability has a reduced cooldown when used on monsters. While Hate Spike is on cooldown, Eve can recast it to fire out a line of spikes toward a nearby target. Each attack that Eve makes on a marked target will consume a charge and deal bonus damage. If she hits an enemy, she marks them with three charges. Q - Hate Spike (Max first) Riot Games Riot’s Tooltip: What it does:Įvelynn fires a skillshot in a target direction. Learning to move as an invisible champion will take time, but being able to trick your enemies is worth the investment. If you make unpredictable movements, your enemies will not be prepared for your attacks even when they know you’re close. To use stealth properly, you want to stalk around fights as much as you can, moving in and out as the battle sees fit. Eve moves very quickly from being prey in the early parts of the game to becoming one of League’s scariest hunters. Being able to surprise anyone from basically anywhere is the allure of this champion. While the stealth isn’t perfect (Evelynn will reveal herself to enemies who get too close), it is extremely powerful. This ability really comes into its own when you gain the camouflage at level 6. More important than the health regeneration is how it changes your next E to be a dash, but we’ll get there in a moment. Eve struggles to clear in the early parts of the game so this regeneration is crucial. Entering Demon Shade is an excellent way to regain some quick health if you are pretty low. This passive is not particularly exciting at first, but it is very important. This passive becomes far more obvious when Eve hits level 6, as she will then turn invisible to all those outside of a certain range. Exiting combat will also empower her in a variety of ways. When Eve exits combat she begins rapidly regenerating health up to a point. The Kit Passive - Demon Shade Riot Games Riot’s Tooltip: What it does: Basically, it seems like Riot was able to take all of the things that didn’t suck about Eve and build them into this rework. Her stealth is still there, although not as strong, and her AP damage has been focused. She feels like a perfect balance between familiar and brand new. She was too strong or too weak and not worth playing.Ī rework for Eve has been long awaited and it’s finally upon us. However, Eve always managed to be too feast or famine. At her core, she had a cool idea, a stealth champion who is able to sneak around the environments and make incredible surprise ganks. Evelynn has always struggled in League of Legends.
